Martha Uhl creates intimate flower images in a semi-realistic style. Her acrylic paintings talk to the observer about eroticism and mystery. Uhl’s style takes the observcer into the depths of the shadows and the brightest reflection of the light, creating a great visual impact.

Artist and art professor Mercedes Centurion praises Uhl’s technique and use of acrylics. “Martha Uhl works with acrylics with great ability, using the technique almost perfectly. Her paintings suggest intimacy, and she reveals herself in her work,” Centurion writes.

Uhl was born in Paraguay in 1961. She has been studying fine art and crafts since 1995. Uhl currently lives and paints in Asuncion, Paraguay.
